These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Blitz ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Blitz is an anonymous 1-on-1 random chat service. Users are matched with a random partner for real-time text messaging.
- No sign-up required — start chatting instantly.
- Chat messages are not stored on our servers.
- Matching is random — you cannot choose your partner.
2. Age Requirement
This App is for users aged 17 and older only. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old. If you are under 17, you must stop using the App immediately.
3. User Responsibilities
You must not engage in the following activities:
Prohibited Activities
- Harassment and threats: Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
- Sexual content: Sending explicit material, sexual solicitation, or inappropriate content involving minors
- Spam: Advertising, promotional content, or repetitive messaging
- Illegal content: Sharing content that violates applicable laws or encouraging illegal activities
- Fraud and phishing: Attempting to steal personal information, requesting money, or impersonation
- Service disruption: Using bots, automated tools to disrupt the service, or attacking our servers
Reporting
If you experience inappropriate behavior, you can report it using the in-app reporting feature with the following categories:

4. Disclaimers
User-Generated Content
- The App is not responsible for messages exchanged between users.
- The App is not liable for any harm caused by another user's words, actions, or content.
- You may continue or end any conversation at your own discretion.
Service Availability
- We strive to maintain reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by network issues, server maintenance, or force majeure events.
- We do not mediate disputes between users.
5. Service Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the service in the following cases:
- Updates to improve the service
- Emergency maintenance due to technical issues
- Operational reasons requiring service termination
- Changes required by law
Where possible, we will provide advance notice of any changes or termination.
6. Account Restrictions
We may restrict your access in the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms
- Reports received from other users
- Detection of service abuse (abnormal connection patterns, etc.)
- Legal requirements
7. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the App's design, code, and logo belong to the App operator.
- Copyright of messages sent by users belongs to the users. The App does not store or use these messages.
8. Liability
- Given the free nature of the service, the App operator's liability is limited to the extent required by applicable law.
- If you violate these Terms and cause damage to the App or third parties, you are responsible for that damage.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Any disputes arising from the use of the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
10. Changes to These Terms
- If these Terms are updated, we will provide notice at least 7 days before the effective date through the App or this page.
- If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may stop using the service.
- Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
