Information We Do NOT Collect
- Account information: No sign-up or login required — we do not collect your name, email, or phone number.
- Chat messages: Messages are relayed in real-time and are never stored on our servers.
- Personal identifiers: We do not collect names, dates of birth, photos, or any personally identifiable information.
- Location data: We do not collect GPS or location data.
2. How We Use Your Information
Collected information is used only for the following purposes:
- Service delivery: Matching you with a chat partner and relaying messages
- Security: IP-based connection limits to prevent abuse
- Troubleshooting: Server logs for diagnosing technical issues
- Service improvement: Anonymized usage statistics
3. Data Retention and Deletion
- Chat data: Deleted immediately when a session ends. Our servers do not store messages.
- Server logs: Logs containing IP addresses and connection metadata are retained for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted.
- Matching data: Removed from memory immediately when a session ends.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not share your information with third parties, except in the following cases:
- When required by law or in response to a valid legal request from law enforcement
- When necessary to protect the life, safety, or property of a user
5. Children's Privacy
This App is intended for users aged 17 and older. Users under 17 are not permitted to use the App. We do not knowingly collect information from users under 17. If we become aware that we have collected information from a user under 17, we will delete it immediately.

7. Security Measures
- TLS encryption (wss://) for all WebSocket communications
- Connection limit per IP address (max 5 simultaneous connections)
- Message rate limiting (30 messages per 10 seconds)
- Message length limit (max 2,000 characters)

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in applicable laws or our services. Any changes will be communicated through the App or this page.
