What data does Blitz store?
Blitz is designed with privacy first. We store minimal data:
- Chat messages: Never stored. Messages are relayed in real-time and discarded immediately.
- Server logs: IP address and connection metadata, retained for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted.
- No accounts: Blitz has no sign-up or login, so no personal profile data exists.
How to request data deletion
If you would like to request deletion of any data associated with your use of Blitz, please contact us:
Please include any relevant details (e.g., approximate date and time of use) so we can locate the associated logs.
What happens after your request
- We will identify and delete any server logs associated with your request.
- Deletion will be completed within 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Automatic deletion
Even without a request, all server logs are automatically deleted after 30 days. Chat messages are never stored and cannot be recovered after a session ends.
